In Siderno Marina, on a country estate, surrounded by unspoilt nature, meet the massaie (housewives) for a practical lesson of Calabrian cooking. A number of typical Locrian dishes will be prepared, from starters to desserts, in a journey rich in traditions and emotions. Dinner will follow to taste the resulting dishes. At the end, a recipe book with a complete description of the dishes and ingredients and a small gastronomic souvenir will be handed out.
