Day 1- Medma Museum and Archaeological Park, Reggio Calabria
On your arrival in Rosarno, you will visit the Museum and Archaeological Park of ancient Magna Graecia city of Medma, which contains numerous relics found in the necropolis, including typical artefacts such as statuettes, busts and large masks.
The trip will continue towards Reggio Calabria with a visit to the National Archaeological Museum where the Bronze Statues of Riace and many other artefacts of immense historical, artistic and archaeological value are kept. Before reaching the hotel, a walk along Lungomare Falcomatà with a breathtaking view of the Strait of Messina. Here, at sunset, the sky and sea burst into wonderful colours.
Day 2 – Ecolandia
After breakfast, you will leave for Ecolandia, a play and technology park just a short distance from Reggio Calabria, built in one of the Umbertini Forts located along the Calabrian coast to guard and control the Strait of Messina. From here it is possible to admire the marvellous panorama and visit its four areas inspired by the elements of nature and Greek mythology, with well-equipped theme trails and attractions for all ages.
